Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of facecraftmd.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from FACE by Dr. Craft ("FACE," "we," "us," or "our"), a brand owned and operated by Advanced Reconstruction and Aesthetics, doing business as CraftMD Aesthetics/Wellness. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site and purchase products.

2. Products, descriptions, and pricing

We strive to display products and prices accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, pricing, or other content are error-free. Product images may differ slightly from the item delivered. We may correct errors, change prices, and limit or refuse orders at any time, including after an order has been submitted. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

3. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline it. Payment is processed by our third-party payment providers, and you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including taxes and shipping. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4. Shipping and delivery

We ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Shipping costs and timing are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns, refunds, and guarantee

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Where we offer a satisfaction guarantee (for example, a 30-day guarantee on a first order), the specific terms, eligibility, and exclusions stated with that offer apply.

6. Prescription products and telehealth

Certain products are available only with a prescription and require a consultation with a licensed provider. Eligibility is determined by the provider, who may decline to prescribe. Prescription products are dispensed in accordance with applicable law. Information provided during a telehealth consultation is subject to the separate notices and consents presented at the time of that service. Nothing on the Site is a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

7. Cosmetic products; no medical claims

Except where a product is expressly identified as a prescription product, our products are cosmetics intended to improve the appearance of skin. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements on the Site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration except as required for over-the-counter drug products (such as sunscreens). Individual results vary. Consult your physician before use if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or are using prescription topical treatments.

8. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

9. User content and reviews

If you submit reviews, comments, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with our business. You represent that your content is accurate, is your own or properly licensed, and does not violate any third party's rights or any law. We may remove content at our discretion.

10. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, images, logos, and the  FACE by Dr. Craft mark (trademarks of Advanced Reconstruction and Aesthetics) — are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our prior written permission.

11. Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe others' rights, to introduce malware, to scrape or harvest data without permission, to interfere with the Site's operation, or to misrepresent your identity.

12. Third-party links and services

The Site may include links to or rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or practices.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except as required by applicable law and except for any express limited guarantee we provide.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FACE and Advanced Reconstruction and Aesthetics will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FACE, Advanced Reconstruction and Aesthetics, and our personnel from claims and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.

18. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other posted policies, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
