At FACE by Dr. Craft, our Subscribe & Save program is designed to make it easy to stay consistent with your routine — because consistent use is what delivers visible results. This policy explains how subscriptions work, how billing operates, and how to manage or cancel at any time.
How It Works
On eligible products, you can choose Subscribe & Save instead of a one-time purchase. When you subscribe, you save 10% off every recurring order of that product for as long as your subscription remains active, and your selected products are automatically delivered on the schedule you choose.
Delivery Frequency
You select your delivery frequency at checkout (for example, every 1 or 2 months). You can change your delivery frequency at any time from your account. Choose the interval that best matches how quickly you use each product so you receive refills right when you need them.
Billing & Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions are a recurring purchase. By subscribing, you authorize FACE by Dr. Craft to automatically charge your payment method the subscription price (your discounted price plus any applicable taxes and shipping) on each scheduled order date. Your subscription automatically renews on the frequency you selected until you cancel. We'll send an email confirmation with each order, and an upcoming-order reminder before each renewal so there are no surprises.
Shipping
Subscription orders ship according to our standard Shipping Policy. Any shipping charges or thresholds in effect at the time of each order apply to that order.
Managing Your Subscription
You're always in control. From your account, you can skip an upcoming order, pause, change your delivery frequency, swap products, update your shipping address or payment method, or cancel — anytime, with no fees or penalties. Changes apply to your next unprocessed order, so please make edits before your next scheduled order date.
To manage your subscription, sign in to your account and open the Subscriptions section.
Canceling
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscriptions section of your account. There is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee. Cancellation stops all future orders; orders already processed before you cancel cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return under our Refund Policy.
Payment Issues
If a scheduled payment fails, we'll attempt to process it again over the following days and notify you so you can update your payment method. If payment cannot be completed after our retry attempts, your subscription will be paused (not canceled) so you can resume once your payment details are updated.
Price Changes
Product prices and the subscription discount may change over time. If the price of a subscribed product changes, the new price applies to future orders, and we'll provide notice in advance as required by applicable law. Your subscription discount applies to the product price in effect at the time of each order.
