Welcome to FACE by Dr. Craft, a brand of CraftMD Aesthetics/Wellness ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of facecraftmd.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this Site. By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Products and Cosmetic Use

Our products are cosmetic skincare products intended for topical use as directed. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements regarding our products have not been evaluated by the FDA, except where specifically noted on the product label (such as broad-spectrum SPF sunscreen drug-facts panels). Individual results may vary. Patch testing is recommended before first use. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare provider if irritation occurs.

3. Prescription and Practitioner-Dispensed Products

Certain products require a consultation with a licensed provider prior to purchase. Where indicated on the product page, a telehealth consultation must be completed and approved before the order can be fulfilled. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that does not satisfy these requirements.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. Payment is due at checkout. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided.

5. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

If you select a subscription option, you authorize us to automatically place and ship recurring orders at the frequency you select and to charge the same payment method used at initial purchase. You acknowledge that we will not seek additional authorization for each subsequent shipment. You may cancel an active subscription at any time from your account, but cancellation must occur at least 48 hours before the next scheduled shipment date. We are not responsible for overdraft charges or fees you may incur in connection with a subscription. We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing on 30 days' notice.

6. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping timing, return windows, and refund eligibility are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product names, and trademarks — is the property of CraftMD Aesthetics/Wellness or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. Certain product technologies are licensed from third parties and are subject to additional attributions; see our Trademarks & Patents page. Nothing on this Site grants you any license or right to use any trademark, patent, or copyrighted material without prior written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the Site's operation, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, to use bots or scrapers, to resell our products without authorization, or to misrepresent yourself.

9. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Cosmetic results vary by individual and are not guaranteed.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CRAFTMD AESTHETICS/WELLNESS, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CraftMD Aesthetics/Wellness, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or products.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
