At FACE by Dr. Craft, we want you to love every product you receive. We stand behind every formula — which is why we back them with a simple, no-games guarantee.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you don't love it, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — even if it's opened and used. You can't tell if skincare works for your skin without trying it, so we don't ask you to.

  • Applies to any order, not just your first.
  • One money-back claim per customer in any 6-month period.
  • The product must be returned to us (we'll tell you how when you start a claim).
  • The hygiene items listed under "Non-Returnable Items" are final sale and excluded from this guarantee.

How to claim: Email info@facecraftmd.com or call 602-899-6444 within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return, and we'll email you when it's processed.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety, the following are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • LumiLip Plumping Treatment SPF 30 (direct lip contact).
  • FinishShield Powder SPF 30 (direct-to-skin applicator).

Also non-returnable: products purchased through a third-party retailer, items marked final sale at purchase, and gift cards.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, including shipping. (This is separate from the guarantee and does not count against your one claim.)

Exchanges

Want a different product instead of a refund? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange. Any price difference is charged or refunded accordingly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of our error.

Subscription Orders

Subscription changes and cancellations are governed by our Terms of Service. To cancel or change an upcoming shipment, make the request at least 48 hours before the next scheduled ship date.
